I want to say a very big thank you to you all for continuing to light candles whilst I have been off
line for some time. I am now back on line however having trouble with computer going so slow. Thank

Derek Richardson
Suddenly passed away 15th July 1999
Aged 58 years.
Dad worked as a plater working abroad in algeria, saudi arabia for many years but missed his
family so much came back to washington and worked for a company called westline engineering until
this closed. Due to health issuses he then worked for a courier company (part time ) as he did not
like the idea of not working at all and this carried on until his sudden death.
Dad lived in concord washington with his wife Norma.
Dad has 2 children, oldest Susan and youngest Denise.
He loved his family and especially his grandchildren - Alan, Sarah, Gavin, John, and Shona.
His mum and dad Freda and Harry lived in houghton - le - spring which was where he was born, and his
2 sisters Joyce and Anne live in shiney row.
My very special Dad died suddenly with a heart attack after suffering from angina for a few years.
My dad was one of the most caring and loving dads you could ever meet. He lived for his family and
would do anything for anybody. He was always there to help pick up the pieces in our lifes, if ever
i had a problem I knew who I would call or go to.
He was funny, caring, a good listener, loving and give great advice to anyone he met.
He also loved his yorkshire terrier dogs Brandy and Mitzy, and loved to go to his caravan every
weekend at witton castle taking the dogs and the granchildren with him.
My dad was the world to me and I will never ever forget him. He holds a very special big place in
my heart. He is in my thoughts every day and I still cannot believe he has gone. I LOVE YOU DAD X X

Dad as you will know you now have 2 great grandchildren Jamie-Lee and Jordan who I know you would
have cherished please look over all of us and give us guidance just like you would have done.

Cnt believe how long it has been now, dusnt seem lyk 2 mins since we were at th caravan havin th best tyms of our lives! You were lyk my 2nd dad nd u mean th world 2 me, always have nd always wil!! U were th best grandad any1 cud ever ask 4, nd i miss u lyk mad! I enjoyed all th tym tht i had with u, u were always there 4 me no matter wot. No matter how i felt u cud always pt a smile on my face! Theres nt a day goes by were i dnt think bout u or im remeined about u! I wil never ever stop loving nd thinking bout u! U wil never be forgotten! Luv u with al my heart!! xxxx
Miss You
Can't beleive how long it has been now, it dusn't seem like two mins when we were together. I miss you dearly and i am always thinking of you, you were the best husband anyone could have asked for and you were always there. You were so funny and caring, you had a heart of gold! I will always love you!
